ABOUT THE ROLE

Welcome to Eterneva, where we're on a mission to create brightness and meaning through loss. As a key addition to our sales team, you will have a significant impact on our exciting trajectory — shaping the company's growth and contributing directly to our mission.

This role is for the rare seller who can hold space for grief and drive the process at the same time. You build genuine connections, earn deep trust, and bring the operational discipline to manage a pipeline of 200+ families without letting a single one slip. You're a masterful storyteller, filled with empathy, fueled by a competitive spirit — and you use your CRM the way a top athlete uses film review: to get better every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Respond thoughtfully and swiftly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
  • Conduct in-depth phone consultations with families, building emotional connection and completing discovery
  • Manage a pipeline of ~200 active opportunities with precision — using your CRM as a strategic tool to prioritize your time, track next steps, and never let a warm lead go cold
  • Drive pipeline velocity by proactively following up, re-engaging stalled deals, and moving families from curiosity to commitment
  • Send and receive Welcome Kits and conduct second calls to deepen the decision process and increase conversion
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Experience team to ensure a seamless handoff after a family commits
  • Create raving fans of every customer you speak with — your reputation and referrals compound over time
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline data so leadership can forecast confidently and coach you effectively

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven full-cycle sales experience in a non-transactional environment
  • Track record of managing large, complex pipelines (200+ active opportunities)
  • Expert-level CRM discipline (Salesforce or HubSpot — logging every touchpoint, building task queues, trusting the system)
  • Exceptional organization and time management — you build personal systems that keep nothing falling through the cracks
  • Strong written communication: can craft a warm, concise, high-converting text message
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction — you don't need a manager to tell you which deal to work next
  • Startup or fast-growth company experience

NICE TO HAVE

  • B2C experience
  • Background in psychology, counseling, or grief support
  • Experience selling during emotionally sensitive conversations
  • Familiarity with SMS-based selling and high-velocity follow-up

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 90 DAYS

  • Week 2 — Working live inbound leads independently
  • Day 60 — Managing a full pipeline with consistent CRM hygiene
  • Month 3 — Tracking toward full quota with a clear personal system in place
